Title:

Commuter FM

Commuter FM currently broadcasts to 74 Metrorail station platforms across the country, reaching almost a million listeners daily and, in a bid to consistently improve the quality of Commuter FM, the company (ComutaNet) is in the process of upgrading PA systems and equipment on train platforms around the country.

The project is already in full swing at the Denneboom and Mabopane station platforms in Gauteng, while the Nonkqubela station platform in the Western Cape now listens to a louder, clearer Commuter FM. Upgrades will soon be underway at other identified Commuter FM sites in these areas, as well as the Berea, Kwa-Mashu and Umlazi train stations in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

"ComutaNet's commitment to ensuring impeccable sound quality at existing stations and constant expansion into new areas is indicative of Commuter FM's dedication to giving its loyal listeners the superior standards and service they've come to expect and enjoy," says Brian Lindquist, Sales Director for ComutaNet.
