Rewarding the GoMetro Regional Team
Communication plays a crucial role to our commuters. After the successful launch of the GoMetro on Monday, 17 September 2012, The Regional Manager, Mthuthuzeli Swartz, visited the Cape Metro Operation Communication Centre (CMOCC) to:
- conduct a site visit and most importantly
- reward a hard working team which regularly updates our customers about train traffic update and other rail related information
Riana Scott, Marketing and Communication Manager, gave a brief overview to CMOCC staff about how GoMetro is received by our customers so far |
Metrorail Western Cape Regional Manager, Mthuthuzeli Swartz, appreciated the effort that the Regional GoMetro team is putting to ensure that communication is sent in time and most important to reward and acknowledge them |
